You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on ivgwin. Underage use results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be permanently suspended without notice. All funds in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Deposits may be made before verification is complete, but funds cannot be withdrawn until your identity documents are confirmed.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Minimum wagering multiples and eligible games are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
Any form of cheating, collusion, arbitrage betting, or abuse of technical errors is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and reversal of affected winnings.
ivgwin provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session controls. We reserve the right to enforce mandatory limits or close accounts where problem gambling behaviour is identified.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and ivgwin ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and access any gaming service on the ivgwin Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held in that account will be forfeited without recourse.
The ivgwin Platform is operated for and targeted at adult users located in Indonesia. You represent that your use of the Platform is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for assessing the legality of online gaming in your specific location and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
The following persons are strictly ineligible to hold an account or participate in any ivgwin service:
To access ivgwin's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including: your full legal name (matching government-issued identification), a valid email address, an active Indonesian mobile phone number, your date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the ivgwin Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ivgwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances therein in such circumstances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ivgwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ivgwin accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
All information provided during registration and throughout your membership must be truthful and accurate. ivgwin reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information on record. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete ivgwin's KYC verification procedure. This process protects both Members and the integrity of the Platform against fraud, money laundering, and underage access.
You will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:
KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days of submission. ivgwin may request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear or insufficient. Members will be notified of verification outcomes via the email address registered to their account.
Note: Deposits may be made and games played prior to KYC completion. However, no withdrawal will be initiated until your account is fully verified. ivgwin strongly recommends completing KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw funds.
ivgwin accepts deposits via the following channels available to Indonesian Members:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction for e-wallet deposits and Rp 50.000 per transaction for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically credited to your ivgwin account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are processed as soon as the transfer is confirmed, typically within 5–30 minutes during business hours. ivgwin accepts no liability for delays caused by the banking institution or payment gateway.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–6 hours during operational hours (07:00–02:00 WIB), subject to KYC verification being complete.
All transactions on the ivgwin Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). If a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, with any applicable conversion fees borne by the Member.
You agree that all funds deposited into your ivgwin account are your own money, lawfully obtained, and are not derived from any criminal or illegal activity. By depositing, you represent that you are not acting on behalf of a third party. ivgwin complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
From time to time, ivgwin offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions (such as those timed around Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or Indonesian Independence Day). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount on eligible games before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; the contribution rates for each game category are:
ivgwin actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged or low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account balance without notice.
ivgwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued by a Member prior to such withdrawal or modification are not affected.
Each game available on the ivgwin Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules expressly address a matter not covered herein.
All slot, table game, and virtual game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. ivgwin does not manipulate game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and virtual game is published by the relevant game provider and is not altered by ivgwin.
Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and others) are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and are not subject to ivgwin's control. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, settled bets stand; unsettled bets will be voided and stakes returned to your balance.
Sports betting markets, including bandar bola (sports bookmaking) markets and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, are subject to ivgwin's Sportsbook Rules, published separately on the Platform. Odds are subject to change up until the event start time. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at ivgwin's discretion.
In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that results in an incorrectly displayed game result, payout, or odds figure, ivgwin reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Members. ivgwin's decision in such matters is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ivgwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
All content on the ivgwin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game content, software, and database structures — is the exclusive property of ivgwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without ivgwin's express written consent.
ivgwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

ivgwin makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or entirely error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. ivgwin shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ivgwin's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall ivgwin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if ivgwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. ivgwin is not responsible for any financial decisions you make in connection with your use of the Platform. You agree that you participate in any game at your own risk.
ivgwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the Platform or to other Members.
Upon account closure for cause (i.e., for breach of these Terms), any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled. Where an account is closed at the Member's own request (voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their most recently used payment method within 5 business days, subject to all outstanding wagering requirements being assessed.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ivgwin support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Please note that self-exclusion and voluntary closure are different mechanisms; if you are closing your account due to a gambling concern, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool instead, which carries additional protective measures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. ivgwin operates under an internationally issued gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits ivgwin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
ivgwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ivgwin will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their account and/or by publishing a notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.
